I figured since I started this brand spanking new blog and new Facebook page I would do a fun giveaway. Mother’s Day is fast approaching (yes, dads time to get on the ball) and being a mother myself, I know how awesome we are. I also know how our awesomeness goes unnoticed a lot of the time. I mean come on, our job is huge!! To quote one of my favorite mommy bloggers and amazing friend
“We are the homemakers, caretakers, budget makers, bill payers, menu planners, food shoppers, meal makers, bath givers, child bearers, (I removed this section for the faint of heart), multi-taskers, meetings with the teachers attenders, phone calls with the principal listeners, alarm setters, minivan shuttlers, schedulers, and laundry goddesses who keep their worlds turning and their boats floating”
And I’m sure we can add a whole bunch more to this list!
So now is the time to recognize the greatness of “Moms”. I’m sure all of you know an awesome mom. Maybe its your mom, your wife, your sister, daughter or even a friend. There are amazing moms everywhere. Go to any food store, playground or pediatrics office and you will be tripping over them!
Now on to the Mother’s Day Facebook giveaway…
There are 2 different giveaways, with different ways to win.
First:
I want to give one awesome mom a free photo session plus prints. And she doesn’t have to do anything, YOU DO.
Think about a mom, one you think is doing an amazing job. I want to hear why you think this mom deserves a free photo session with her kids. Email me a picture at lifestylephotos@gmail.com with a little write up about why you think this mom should win. It doesn’t have to be a novel, actually please don’t send a novel!! Just a small paragraph.
The deadline for entries is April 17 at 4:00pm
Once I have all the entries I will post them to Lifestyle Photography’s Facebook page. Where you can have all your friends and family vote by “liking” your entry. Voting will take place between April 20th and May 7 at 9pm. The person with the most “likes” will win a free 1 hour session with me plus 6 gift prints (8×10 or smaller). Whole prize worth over $250.
*Session will be for winners immediate family only on location in Cherry Hill NJ area. This prize is non transferable and session must take place by Aug 14 2011.
Second Giveaway:
There will be 2 winners for this giveaway. First place winner will receive a $100 print credit. Second place will win a $50 print credit.
